Laurie practices primarily in the areas of litigation and health care. She has represented health care-related and construction clients in complex litigation through which she has gained extensive experience in utilizing e-discovery tools to obtain and review evidence. She also routinely represents health care-related clients in responding to requests for confidential information and in guardianship and other mental health related proceedings.
Before joining ICRH, Laurie practiced in New York City in the bankruptcy department of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy. After earning a master of laws degree with a focus in international and comparative law, she joined the litigation department of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton. She also has entrepreneurial experience, having owned and managed a small business.
