Rachel Ryan

Profile

Rachel practices in the areas of health care, business and transactional matters. She counsels a variety of health care-related clients, including hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and private physicians and practitioners with respect to corporate, regulatory, contract, employment, and real estate matters. She also represents not-for-profit organizations and closely held businesses outside the health care field.

Rachel serves as a delegate on the New York State Bar Association's House of Delegates, and is a member of the New York State Bar Association's Committee on Minorities in the Profession.

Before entering law school, Ms. Ryan was employed for several years as a project manager for various start-up companies in Boston.
