Hiring Criteria

In considering candidates for associate positions, we look for unique, mature candidates with diverse backgrounds and strong academic records. We prefer students with law review, journal or moot court experience or strong, related employment experience.

Compensation and Benefits

We have developed a substantial compensation package for our associates. Our starting base salary for permanent associates is competitive with that of other major firms in Albany and Poughkeepsie. Our associates are also eligible for an annual bonus based on quality of performance, productivity and other factors. Other benefits include:
