We are currently looking for an attorney with top academic credentials with a minimum of five years experience in health care law (NY experience a definite plus) for our Albany office. Successful candidates will have excellent writing and client relations skills. Must have experience in provider representation, including: fraud and abuse; Stark; corporate compliance; Medicare/Medicaid; medical staff issues and relations; affiliation and integration transactions and licensure; physician and hospital contracting; and regulatory and reimbursement issues. Hiring Criteria

In considering candidates for associate positions, we look for unique, mature candidates with diverse backgrounds and strong academic records. We prefer students with law review, journal or moot court experience or strong, related employment experience.

Compensation and Benefits

We have developed a substantial compensation package for our associates. Our starting base salary for permanent associates is competitive with that of other major firms in Albany and Poughkeepsie.
