Hiring Criteria
In reviewing resumes and interviewing candidates for associate
positions, Iseman, Cunningham, Riester & Hyde, LLP,
looks for unique, mature candidates with diverse backgrounds
and strong academic records. We prefer students with law
review, journal or moot court experience and/or strong related
employment experience.
Compensation and Benefits
We have developed a substantial compensation package for
our associates. Our starting base salary for permanent associates
is competitive with other major firms in Albany and Poughkeepsie.
In addition, our associates are eligible for an annual bonus
based on quality of performance, productivity, and other
factors. Other benefits include:
