P. LAGIOS

Mr. Lagios practices in the areas of corporate, bankruptcy,
bank finance, health care, transactional and litigation
matters. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree (summa
cum laude) from the State University of New York at
New Paltz and a law degree (magna cum laude) from
Albany Law School of Union University. While in law school,
Mr. Lagios was a member of the Albany Law Review and served
on its Editorial Board as executive editor for business.
He also participated in the Moot Court program and worked
as a research assistant for David D. Siegel, Distinguished
Professor of Law.
Mr. Lagios is admitted before the courts of New York and
the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern
and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a member of the
New York State Bar Association and the American Health Lawyers
Association.
After graduating from law school, Mr. Lagios practiced with
the New York City law firm of Shearman & Sterling in
the firm’s Bank Finance and Bankruptcy Department.
He was subsequently appointed to serve as law clerk to the
Honorable Albert M. Rosenblatt, Associate Judge of the New
York State Court of Appeals. Upon completing his clerkship,
Mr. Lagios joined Iseman, Cunningham, Riester & Hyde,
LLP, as an associate attorney. |
