Kenneth Puig practices in the area of insurance defense and fraud investigation. He earned his law degree from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, and his B.S. and M.A. degrees from St. John’s University. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Puig was employed for several years as an SIU (Special Investigation Unit) insurance fraud investigator, and also authored a number of articles on insurance fraud.
Mr. Puig’s litigation experience includes defending insurance companies against fraudulent claims in areas such as no-fault, theft and arson. Additionally, he defended automobile, premises liability and labor law claims while working for Liberty Mutual and Infinity Insurance companies, and several other New York law firms. He has over ten years of trial experience.
Mr. Puig is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York and the Untied States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association. |
